Upcoming Session on Adjuvant Homoeopathic Management and differential materia medica for Hayfever

Thank you to everyone who attended our CPD session 1 on the 29th May 2025. With the continued support of the Faculty of Homoeopathy, we are excited to offer these monthly 2.5-hour online sessions, designed to support our growth and confidence as professional practitioners.

Recap: First Session – 29 May 2025
Led by Dr S Dreher-Brogan, the first session introduced the adjuvant homoeopathic management of hay fever, while integrating relevant allopathic principles from the NICE guidelines.

Key themes included:

Identifying when to refer newly diagnosed patients to their GP or asthma nurse
Recognising the appropriate use of conventional medications when needed
Kent’s recommendations for acute/constitutional prescriptions during the hayfever season, followed by miasmatic treatment in winter/early spring. Case-based demonstration of these principles in practice. For homoeopaths new to hayfever treatment, it was advised to consult:

  • Roger Morrison’s Clinical Desktop Guide
