Looking after our Bones Beyond Menopause

This is the 2nd session in this four-part series that addresses women’s health beyond menopause.

Such studies that there are on this time in a woman’s life show that symptoms vary across geographies and social demographics.
In reality more studies need to be carried out but many women are cognisant of their family history of bone health but don’t know how to support themselves if osteopenia (the precursor to osteoporosis) is detected.

This session will help you identify the signs and symptoms of musculoskeletal dysregulation and focus on practical, easy to apply protocols and homeopathic remedies with the intention of stabilising and maybe even reversing pathology.

There will be signposting to useful tests, as well as a focus on helpful new remedies and combination remedies.

Growing older with vitality and wisdom is the goal for what we might call the winter of women’s lives. 

If we can help create a supportive strategy for our clients there is the potential to relieve many symptoms that commonly set in in older age and the journey is so much brighter.
