Barcapel Scholarships

Funds have been made available through the generous support of the Barcapel Foundation to help healthcare and veterinary professionals on Faculty of Homeopathy courses, resident in the UK and who intend to practice in the UK, who are training to take the MFHom and VetMFHom examinations. The scholarships will be distributed to encourage those who most need them, those who are unable to attract financial support elsewhere and those who, on completion of their studies, are likely to use homeopathic medicines regularly within their practice. Applications will be considered each academic year.

The sum allocated will depend upon the number of applications and the funds available. First year students will receive full payment of their course fees for the first year of the course (also known as foundation year), 1 year of Associate membership and 1 attempt at the Primary Health Care Examination (PHCE) or LFHom Vet examination as part of their scholarship. Normally scholarship recipients who have passed the PHCE and completed their first year of study will receive 60% of course fees.

Applications are still open for the 2022-2023 academic year. Please download the relevant form below and return to Academic Officer, Lisa Peacock at [email protected] once the form has been completed and signed by your tutor. Please ensure you read the guidelines for applying for a scholarship carefully before submitting your application.
