DO YOU REQUIRE A VISA BEFORE TRAVEL TO THE UK?

Applying for a Standard Visitor visa

If you need a Standard Visitor visa, you must apply online before you travel to the UK and attend an appointment at a visa application centre.

The earliest you can apply is 3 months before you travel.

You must meet the eligibility requirements and only do permitted activities.

Depending on your nationality, you may not need a visa to visit the UK. If you do need a visa, you’ll have to apply for an electronic travel authorisation (ETA), which allows you to visit the UK for up to 6 months.

Please note that it is the responsibility of participants to ensure that any required visa is applied for well in advance of travel. If a visa application is not submitted in a timely manner or is not approved prior to travel, the purchase of a delegate ticket to the Congress may unfortunately not be eligible for a refund.

Alternatively, we will be happy to explore the option of offering online participation.

We strongly encourage all delegates to check visa requirements early to avoid any inconvenience.

  • STEP 1 - Please ensure that you have purchased your ticket for the congress prior to requesting a Visa Support Letter.
  • STEP 2 - Once purchased please sent your request PLUS congress receipt and a copy of your passport to Liz Tucker [email protected]  Liz will reply directly to you.

Stay onsite at the conveniently located Accommodation

Our top recommendation is to stay on site at Scarman premier conference centre at Warwick Conferences . The rooms are wonderful, spotlessly clean and exceptional value for money. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
