Dr Lionel Milgrom

Dr Lionel Milgrom is a Homeopath and Academic Research Chemist.
He has enjoyed a distinguished career in scientific research and higher education, spanning more than 50 years as a lecturer and researcher in chemistry. His academic appointments have included Queen Mary College, London, Kingston University, Brunel University and Imperial College London. He retired from academia in July 2026.
A practising homeopath since 1999, Dr Milgrom has combined clinical practice with a longstanding interest in research. He has authored numerous scientific and academic publications, including work exploring theoretical models of homeopathy and the relationship between quantum theory and the therapeutic process.
Dr Milgrom is also a freelance science writer and formerly served as Chemistry Consultant to New Scientist magazine. He has been actively involved in science communication, education and academic debate surrounding complementary medicine.
