After his tragic death in the Staines Air Disaster in 1972, the William Kadleigh Memorial Fund was set up by his parents to help young Doctors like "Bill" to study Homeopathy. This fund has now been extended to create a lasting legacy by supporting leading Homeopathic speakers to deliver a biennial William Kadleigh Memorial Lecture.

The inaugural William Kadleigh Memorial Lecture was delivered at the Faculty of Homeopathy Congress in 2024 by Dr Lisa Amerine, President of the American Institute of Homeopathy.
