How did you start your journey in Homeopathy practice?

I started my journey way back in 1976 after giving up my MBBS studies. I passed homeopathy in 1979 by securing a gold medal. Subsequently I did my MD with dissertation in tumors and homeopathy and again I secured a gold medal. Being the first MD to secure a MD in oncology, I started my department in Ruby Hall Hospital, Pune. I was a professor of Medicine in Homeopathic College for more than one decade. Since then, I am working in hospital and my private practice mostly treating heavy pathology and cancer.

How do you integrate Homeopathy in your professional practice?

Integration is mainly by understanding the disease, pathology and trying to co-relate with homeopathic drug picture gradually tapering the allopathic medicines, introducing homeopathy and gaining the patients confidence. Also doing regular investigations and trying to assess pathology. Incorporating pathological rubrics in practice.
