How did you start your journey in medical Homeopathy?
Having experienced many patients who could not be treated by western medicine, I became interested in incorporating traditional, complementary and integrative medicine, including homeopathy, into my practice.
It is not just about using drugs to control symptoms, but also about prevention and changing daily routines. I feel that homeopathy is very effective for this.
How do you integrate Homeopathy in your professional practice?
I am an otolaryngology practitioner. I am currently practising western medicine and have adopted homeopathy mainly for symptoms that do not improve with normal treatment.
Especially in ENT, recurrent otitis media, hay fever, dizziness and tinnitus, and nose and throat discomfort are often treated.
I also recommend Ayurvedic daily regimen (called Dinacharya) and other health maintenance products. Waking up early in the morning, breathing exercises, meditation, self-massage, tongue brushing and oil nasal drip are daily habits that are easy to adopt and continue. This is how integrative medicine is practised. I feel that everyday healthy life is the most important.
