Graduate Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine - Ontario College of Homeopathic Medicine Toronto, ON

Q1 What inspired you to add Homeopathy to your portfolio of treatments?

I was a recent graduate from the University of Toronto, having completed my degree in Human Biology for Life Sciences. I knew I wanted to enter a field where I was helping people but having done co-op earlier in the Oncology department of a hospital, I knew that the medical field was not for me. I had always taken homeopathic treatments/medicines as a child and started to learn more about the field after graduation. My interest grew and I joined the Ontario College of Homeopathic Medicine and since then I have been hooked.

Q2 Please provide a summary of how Homeopathy fits with the other treatments/services you offer your patients?

I’ve seen patients improve from life- long ailments in my time at the school clinic and soon started working at a Homeopathic Pharmacy. There I saw more of how Homeopathy can make a difference and how integration and awareness is what is needed in the healthcare world today. This is what led me to my goal of helping patients through Homeopathy, but also spreading awareness to those who are unaware of the help they can receive.

How did you start your journey in Homeopathy?

I used to take homeopathic remedies as a child, and it was always part of my life. It wasn’t until I finished my undergrad that I became interested in the theory aspect of the field. The more I learnt about homeopathy, the more interested I became. This eventually lead me to becoming a homeopath and now prescribing remedies to my patients and seeing them flourish is the best part of my day.

How do you integrate Homeopathy into your Practice?

I am a professional Homeopath in Canada. I regularly see patients and help the through any illness or disease with homeopathic remedies. Since moving to England, I also advise my close friends and family on cold and flu remedies that may benefit them, or anything for injuries. I myself use homeopathy to treat myself. My practice is still online and I integrate homeopathy in my daily life.
